Bildverarbeitungsanwendungen zu erleichtern, und bietet im Vergleich zur Vorg\u00e4ngerversion eine Reihe zus\u00e4tzlicher Merkmale und Verbesserungen, darunter:<\/p><ul><li>2 Kameraausg\u00e4nge, wodurch sich die Konfiguration auf 6+2 Kan\u00e4le bel\u00e4uft.<\/li><li>Eingabe zur Unterst\u00fctzung von Encodern mit der M\u00f6glichkeit, Trigger sowohl f\u00fcr Beleuchtungsvorrichtungen als auch f\u00fcr Kameras auf der Grundlage des empfangenen Signals und durch Festlegung der Ma\u00dfparameter des Systems zu konfigurieren.<\/li><li>Robustere und schnellere Software mit dem der <strong>SPS \u2013 Smart Production Solutions<\/strong> <strong>vom 25. bis 27. November 2025<\/strong> <strong>vorgestellt wird<\/strong>, demonstrieren wir, mit welcher Geschwindigkeit der ABS606D sowohl die Kamera als auch die Beleuchtung steuern kann, um ausgehend von einem Encoder-Signal ein scharfes \u201eFoto\u201c des zu untersuchenden Objekts aufzunehmen.<\/p><p>Dank der LINUX-basierten Software und der fortschrittlichen Weboberfl\u00e4che bietet das System mehr Konfigurations- und Steuerungsparameter als fr\u00fchere Versionen. Um all diese Funktionen zu veranschaulichen, wird die Vorf\u00fchrung aus einem LED-Beleuchtungsger\u00e4t \u201eGenesi Elettronica\u201c aus der GEST \u2013 GEST MEGA RING-Familie mit einem Durchmesser von 99 mm sowie einer von Alkeria gelieferten Farbmatrixkamera aus der NOTA-Serie bestehen.<\/p><p>Das<em>\u201eGl\u00fccksrad\u201c<\/em>mit einem Durchmesser von 50 cm, das in 20 abwechselnd farbige Segmente unterteilt ist und insgesamt 5 sich wiederholende Motive aufweist, kann von den Besuchern von Hand gedreht werden. In diesem Fall ist das ABS so eingestellt, dass die Beleuchtung 1000 us lang eingeschaltet bleibt, und diese Dauer entspricht der Belichtungszeit der Kamera.<\/p><p>Daher erfolgt der gesamte Vorgang auf der Grundlage des Signals, das vom an der Radachse montierten Encoder gesendet wird. Dies gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass die Kamera das Bild aufnimmt und die Beleuchtung genau in der Mitte jedes Radsektors eingeschaltet wird, unabh\u00e4ngig von der Radgeschwindigkeit.<\/p><p>Zun\u00e4chst wird die Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che eines von Genesi Elettronica entwickelten Softwareprogramms vorgestellt, das die vom System erfassten Bilder, die Drehzahl des Rades sowie die Farbe der einzelnen Segmente anzeigt, die von einem Bildverarbeitungsalgorithmus erkannt werden.<\/p><p>Die vom ABS verarbeiteten und erzeugten Daten werden auf einem zweiten Bildschirm neben dem Lenkrad angezeigt, auf dem die erweiterte Weboberfl\u00e4che des ABS zu sehen ist, um den Live-Betrieb der Anwendungsdemonstration zu veranschaulichen.<\/p><p>Da der ABS606D zudem bis zu 6 Lichtquellen steuern kann, werden neben dem in der Demo-Anlage vorhandenen <strong>GEST99<\/strong> neue Lichtquellen der von Genesi Elettronica entwickelten <a href=\"https:\/\/www.genesi-elettronica.com\/product\/five-colors-line\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>\u201eFive Colours<\/strong> \u201c-Reihe<\/a> zum Einsatz kommen, die 5 Wellenl\u00e4ngen abdecken, und zwar: <strong>RGBYW<\/strong> \u2013 Rot, Gr\u00fcn, Blau, Gelb und Wei\u00df. Nach der Montage auf der Blende werden sie vom Ger\u00e4t so gesteuert, dass sie synchron mit dem fotografierten Segment aufleuchten und diese Farbe beibehalten, sobald sich das Rad zum Stillstand
