What are the steps in our process?
Following an initial meeting with one of our technicians, during which all the necessary information relating to the industrial application will be gathered – such as the type of camera, the optics used, the type of lighting required, and the object to be illuminated – we will proceed with the design of the illuminator. The customer will have the opportunity to test the effectiveness of the lighting solution developed in our Testing room, a well-equipped space that allows the real operating conditions of the vision system to be recreated. In addition, the GVS – Genesi Virtual Simulator service is available, which allows scenarios of varying complexity to be simulated through the use of dedicated software and CAD files relating to illuminators, optics, cameras and objects to be inspected.
Our Testing room represents a technical space where customers’ application needs are analysed and concretely tested, allowing us to evaluate the most suitable lighting solutions. It is here that Genesi Elettronica’s design expertise is translated into practical answers to the real challenges of Machine Vision systems.
