The first weeks of May represented a milestone for Genesi Elettronica. The City Council, following careful analysis, unanimously approved the project for the construction of Genesi Elettronica’s new headquarter.
The initiative, presented in recent months, has received great success not only for its growth in the area, but also for the innovation inherent in the structure. As a matter of fact, the new Genesi Elettronica headquarters, which will have both departments – lighting and electronic – under the same roof for even more synergic work, will be built with the aim of reducing environmental impact even further.Â
Specifically, the elements that will lead Genesi Elettronica towards a ‘greener’ future are as follows:
The building will be designed to achieve zero environmental impact through energy self-sufficiency, sustainable water management and integrated air exchange and purification systems, minimising all emissions.
Furthermore, outdoor and indoor areas will be created to allow employees to take a moment for themselves and create lasting relationships in the name of sport, with the presence of outdoor volleyball and football pitches and a gymnasium, and gardening, by establishing a ‘Genesi Garden’ area, where everyone can have a small vegetable garden.
The project, which has already been deemed compliant with existing urban planning instruments, is scheduled to start its first operational phases in the coming months.
We thank the municipal administration for the concrete support shown right from the start, and the mayor of Spilamberto for visiting the company together with the councillor for the environment. We are convinced that the new Genesi Elettronica headquarters will bring concrete benefits to the entire community and we intend to build a relationship of dialogue and collaboration with the territory.
